Rebuilding Together Kent County is the only organization based in Kent County providing housing rehabilitation and repair services, at no-cost, to low and very-low income homeowners – using a combination of volunteers and contractors. Our goal is to ensure that all homes are healthy homes - safe, warm & dry.
