Genevieve Croker | Executive Director

Genevieve Croker comes to Rebuilding Together with a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management and nearly 20 years experience, domestically and internationally, with the nuts and bolts of helping organizations to thrive.

While her career started with administering scholarship programs, she has always gravitated toward positions that allow her to interact closely with the people she serves.

After six+ years as Director of Operations and Development for a small nonprofit in rural Guatemala that built classrooms and homes out of waste materials, she returned to the U.S. and fell in love with the Eastern Shore. Rebuilding Together allows her to combine her passion for helping people and developing efficient procedures into programs that make a tangible difference in her community.

After graduating college and helping launch a construction business in Baltimore, he landed in Chestertown. While still moonlighting in Baltimore with his old company and keeping his printmaking practice active, he started volunteering with RTKC in 2021 and he hasn't looked back.

Zack is happy to be helping his community at Rebuilding Together. You can often see Zack and his wife walking their beautiful silver pupper, Cooper, all over Chestertown.

Throughout his high school years, he explored a variety of activities and subjects including, among others, Yearbook, Computer Science, Sports. He says, "I did all those things because I want to learn a bit of everything and I was just bored."
